About Bring in the World

Mission

Bring in the World is a warm and welcoming grounds for sharing, learning and understanding! This is also an event for people of various backgrounds to unite with open minds and open hearts.
This is a brave space for people to gather in community to share about anything regarding their identity. This can be related to one’s ethnicity, religion, nationality, race, gender, sexual identity or any other aspect that makes up identity.

Bring in the World also exists to dispel false notions about others. False notions that are related to any of the above components of identity. These false notions are usually based in unawareness, incomprehension though may possibly be due to a person having been conditioned or brainwashed at an earlier stage in their life. Therefore this is also a place that allows for a person to work on alleviating their biases. It is a place for one to open their eyes and allow their horizons to be broadened. This is a brave space that allows curious people to bring their vulnerable and courageous questions while others may have an opportunity to address them.

Bring in the World events hosted in private settings are potlucks. Those held at festivals and primitive/earth skills gatherings do not usually include food (the potluck element).
